Hedge End Bobbin Lacemakers is a friendly group who meet once a week in term time on a Wednesday evening in Shedfield. We welcome lacemakers of all abilities and for those who wish to learn a new craft we can provide all the materials for minimal cost, to allow you to decide if you like it or not.
We have a class with a mixture of lace preferences, i.e. contemporary and traditional. We go on visits to exhibitions, lace days in Buckinghamshire - the home of black lace - and each year we take a break away to just do lace!
A class for Beginners, but all abilities are welcome, will be starting on a Monday afternoon in September. Anyone interested should use the contact form on this website to make contact with Amanda, the class Tutor.
